Fall Porch

The front porch has been decorated for fall for a few weeks now, but I am just now getting around to taking the pictures and sharing them you with here on the blog.  I really had intentions of decorating the porch with more Halloween decorations, but got lazy and just stuck with fall type decorations that will get me through Thanksgiving.
You might remember the monogram pumpkin from last year.  I dusted the bad boy off and plopped him down on a flower pot with an orange berry wreath.  I was so excited to find the pillows for the bench on clearance at Home Depot for $4 each....woo-hoo!
I've got to brag on my smallest boy, Daniel a little now.  He went with me to the nursery to pick out the mums.  He found this little basket while we were at the outlet next to the nursery and wanted to buy it.  When we were looking for the mums he picked out this small yellow one and put it in the basket.  When we got home and were putting everything out he put his little basket on the table on the porch and then later put this little pumpkin from inside the house in it as well.  I thought it was so cute and I was quite impressed he put it all together.  I added the moss and burlap bow, but besides that it is his creation!
I strung Indian Corn from jute rope and added a little burlap.

Pretty easy here, add a few pumpkins and some more burlap and a cute little pug dog!  I'll share a little secret here.  The evergreen that is between the chairs actually died this past summer.  I didn't want to buy another one, so I busted out the dark green spray paint and painted it!

Although this isn't technically the front porch, I thought I'd share the flower bed in the front of the house.

Hi Leigh Anne,

Your fall porch looks so inviting! I love the monogrammed pumpkin and white ones are really in this year. I'm visiting from Feathered Nest Friday and hope you will drop by for a visit.

You have the cutest signs outside your house (from the Butlers). Did you make those signs? Are they wood?
